I’ve been trying to tell people that we’ve been vastly underestimating the threat of wild Pokemon. Now a woman has filed a police report in which she claims that she was raped by a wild Pokemon.

The Moscow woman, who was married, fell asleep while playing Pokemon Go. She claims that she woke up to find a giant Pokemon on top of her, raping her.

The Pokemon mysteriously disappeared when the woman jumped out of bed, but thanks to her Pokemon Go app, she was still able to detect its presence.

The situation was made worse when she told her husband about the assault. He told her that he didn’t believe her and that she needed to seek psychiatric help.

Daily Mail reports that the woman’s friend, Ivan Makarov, said, “She says there are too many Pokemon at her place and even the dog can sense them. She says the dog barks whenever she plays Pokemon GO.”

The woman filed a police report on the incident, and officers also told her to seek psychiatric help. She is taking their advice and booked an appointment with a local psychiatrist.

To play Pokemon Go, players download the app onto their phones. Players then walk around the real-world while pointing the camera on their phone at different objects around them. The game inserts a computer animated Pokemon onto the phone screen, as if the player were seeing an actual Pokemon on their camera. Players can then “capture” any Pokemon that they locate.

Since the game had been released, it has led to a large number of trespassing calls, two bodies being located, and police being disciplined.
