VIDEO: Criminal Gets Stuck On Fence During Arrest

San Diego, CA – An assault suspect who was on the run from the police learned an embarrassing lesson about climbing fences in baggy pants. The man accidentally impaled his pants on a spiked fence, and the whole scene was captured on video (below.)

According to ABC 10 News, at around 11:30 PM on Monday, a man was standing outside of his apartment complex in the 4200 block of Felton St. Another man then came up and bashed him in the head with a rock. The suspect then ran away.

The police cornered the man near a fence at a nearby residence. With nowhere to go, officers ordered the man over the fence.

As the man tried to jump the fence, he impaled his rear end on one of the fence spikes. After trying to pull himself off, the man fell forward, hanging from his pants.

Officers were able to get him down by tearing his pants.

Officials said that the attack was random and the victim didn’t know the attacker. The suspect was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
