Video Shows Naked Man Charge Chicago Police After Reportedly Cutting Off Penis
Chicago, IL – Video has surfaced online which shows a man who is presumably high on synthetic drugs, charging at a female Chicago PD officer after it was reported that he cut off his own penis (video below.)
The incident occurred Monday evening in the Irving Park area at Grace St and Drake Ave. The video starts with the man standing on the outside of an iron fence with his upper legs and hands covered in blood.
The man’s penis is either too small to see or had been removed.
The man starts by swearing and yelling nonsense at the person recording him.
Chicago PD arrived on scene and the man started to walk toward them. Suddenly, the heavyset man started charging at a female Chicago PD officer.
The officer retreated behind the patrol car and deployed her Taser, taking the man down.
During the incident, the witness was yelling at police, “Oh my god, bro! Shoot his ass! Shoot that motherf—-r! This is a time when you shoot people!”
Instead, the officers calmly stood around while an officer showed up with a transport van. When the man charged that officer, he calmly deployed his Taser, taking the man down again.
Just another day in Chicago.
Chicago PD has refused to comment on if the man had actually cut off his own penis, presumably because it’s sensitive medical information.
After being taken into custody, he was transported Swedish Covenant Hospital for a mental evaluation.
A witness told The Sun that before the video started, the man had been vandalizing parked cars and rolling around in the street before stripping naked.
