Video Of Gunfight In Dundalk Between Baltimore County PD And Shooter With Officer Shot, Suspect Down

Dundalk, MD – Baltimore County Police Officers engaged a robbery suspect with a gunfight after the gunman shot a bus driver. Video of the gunfight was captured on camera (video below.)
The incident happened Wednesday afternoon in the area of Dundalk Ave and Belcalre Ave. Officers responded to a robbery of two people at a shopping center.
Officers located the suspect and chased him to a bus where the suspect attempted to ambush the officer from behind, according to one witness. The officer saw the ambush attempt coming and the officer and suspect engaged in a gunfight while the suspect took cover in the bus.
Details are still coming in, but we know that the bus driver, the suspect, and a Baltimore County Police Officer were shot in the gun battle.
The officer has been airlifted to Shock Trauma, and no information about his condition has been released.
The suspect died after he was turned into a human sprinkler.
